Pam is a trained business coach with over twenty five years of business development, sales and marketing experience, including nine in the aesthetics marketplace.

Mr. Habib Torfi is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Invitrx Inc., a company specializing in stem cell and tissue engineering, research and technology. He directed the Laboratory of Regenerative Bioengineering and Repair for the Department of Surgery at UCLA from1998-2001. The laboratory goal was discovering and developing proprietary, cell-based therapeutics utilizing adult stem cells derived from adipose tissue. Mr. Torfi was the director of Epithelial Autograft Facility at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California. Epithelial Autograft Facility provided three dimensional tissue engineered skin and cornea for burn, diabetic leg ulcer and patients with ocular surface disorders. Mr. Torfi holds an Undergraduate degree in Microbiology and a graduate degree in Human genetics. He is licensed as a clinical scientist in state of California. Mr. Torfi has published numerous papers and holds several patents in stem cell and bioengineering field.

She is crowned “Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2012” amongst several other prestigious awards, Dr Shuba is founder and CEO of Lejeune group of Medspa’s, which she presently runs in Bangalore and Hyderabad and consults at various hospitals across India. After graduating from the Andhra Medical College, India, she left for UK where she trained and practiced for 10 years in General Practice and undertook a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology from the University of Cardiff. She discovered her passion in aesthetic medicine and trained under eminent Aesthetic physicians, working for several clinics all across UK. Dr.Shuba also trained in Hair Transplantation Techniques in Poland under one of Europe’s most reputed Hair Transplant Surgeons, Dr.Marwan Saifi. Blending her knowledge, experience and passion with her entrepreneurial drive Dr.Shuba has several new exciting ventures in the pipeline in the skin, hair and anti-ageing world and hopes to revolutionize the industry with these new approaches, concepts and methodologies.
